Virgin Money

Content design, UX writing

2021 - 2022

I spent six months with Virgin Money (via their partner agency mSix) working on the launch of MTrack, an innovative forecasting tool for small businesses.

Content wise, I focused sharply on designing immediately accessible sign-on, onboarding and external software integration processes. I used testing data to optimise content for Virgin’s business users whilst reinforcing already established branding — simplicity and accessibility were key to engaging with a tech-sceptical user base inherited from a recent acquisition.

The prototype we created was a success with stakeholders, and went into development early 2022 for a June release. Take a look at the video demo whilst I figure out why my screenshots aren’t working for this website!

“We brought Kat in, as an MFUSE employee, to work on a complex project directly into our clients at Virgin Money, with a team and department we had no prior relationship with. In the first week of the project, we received nothing but praise and positive feedback on her proactivity and high standard of work. Throughout the project, Kat made notable contributions to the Virgin Money team, whilst representing MFUSE in a professional manner - making us look good! Our clients are sad to see her go - and we would definitely have her back in the team, should the opportunity present itself.”
